RETURNS
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it. Please review the following carefully to ensure your return meets the requirements.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and in new unaltered and unused condition (no sign of wear stains, or perfume, pet hair or damaged). Your item must have all original tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All sale items and items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mintygrapeboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), all sale items, bodysuits, jewelry and swimsuits are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Charges
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non- refundable. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.
There are two ways to send a return:
- Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer -or-
- Submit a return request ( through support@mintygrapeboutique.com ) and you will receive a prepaid return shipping label ( return shipping label fee is non-refundable ).
Manually Mailing a Return
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
- Return for a refund must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs for manually mailed returns are the customer's responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
